Processing times:
We aim to ship all orders within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that during launch periods, sales, restocks or orders required to order items in such as the Forever 27 collection , dispatch times may be slightly longer - we’ll always keep you updated if that’s the case

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.
Shipping Delays
We do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, but once it has been handed over to Auspost, delivery times are outside our control. Please allow extra time during busy seasons such as Christmas and refer back to your tracking when needed.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel appears lost or hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact Australia Post with your tracking information. If you would like assistance contacting Australia Post, please contact us at enquiries.littleletters@gmail.com and we’ll help investigate. Woven & Wilder is not responsible for parcels once they have been marked as “Shipped” by Woven and Wilder.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We cannot refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We do our best to ensure every item is perfect before it leaves us. If you believe you’ve received a faulty or incorrect product, please email us at enquiries.littleletters@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund (including return postage where applicable).
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for items that are deemed faulty or cannot be replaced. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and approving your returned item.
Please note, we cannot refund shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Sale Items
Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty
